CLN Energy Limited has announced the receipt of an export order worth approximately $5 million (₹43 crore) from a Singapore-based multinational company for the supply of lithium-ion batteries, cabinets, and other related items. The company disclosed this development in an exchange filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The order, which will be executed within 90 days, highlights CLN Energy’s growing presence in the international energy storage sector. While the name of the client remains undisclosed due to competitive sensitivity, the company confirmed that the order is entirely international in nature.

According to the company, this transaction does not involve any related-party dealings, and the promoter group has no vested interest in the entity awarding the contract. The order is expected to further strengthen CLN Energy’s market position as a key supplier of lithium-ion battery solutions.

This latest contract aligns with the company’s strategy of expanding its global footprint in the energy storage industry, leveraging advanced battery technology to meet rising demand across international markets.
