Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a strategic collaboration with Salesforce to drive artificial intelligence (AI)-led innovation for manufacturers and semiconductor suppliers. This partnership aims to help businesses optimize operations, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate digital transformation through AI and predictive analytics.
As part of this initiative, TCS has launched three AI-driven solutions:
- Semiconductor Sales Accelerator – Designed to help semiconductor companies manage large datasets, improve decision-making, and shorten sales cycles with AI-powered insights.
- Seller for the Future – A tool that provides real-time customer insights, enabling sales teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Digital Field Service – An integrated AI, IoT, and machine learning-based solution that enhances predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimized scheduling for field technicians.
