NBCC (India) Limited has been entrusted by the Department of Irrigation & Water Resources, Government of Mizoram, to plan, design, and implement three key hydro projects aimed at water security and sustainable development. These projects include:

  1. Mat River Dam, Serchhip – A sustainable water conservation initiative to enhance community development.
  2. Multipurpose Rainwater Harnessing Dam, Ngur-Vapar, Champhai – Designed to optimize rainwater utilization for various purposes.
  3. Dual Mini-Dam Project, Vantawng, Thenzawl – A transformative approach to converting waterfalls into economic and ecological assets.

NBCC Q3 results

NBCC (India) Limited has delivered a stellar financial performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, showcasing impressive growth in both revenue and net profit.

The company’s revenue from operations surged 16.6% YoY to ₹2,826.96 crore, compared to ₹2,423.52 crore in the same quarter last year. This growth was driven by higher project execution and consultancy services.

Net profit soared 25.5% YoY to ₹142.42 crore, up from ₹113.57 crore, backed by strong operational performance and controlled expenses. Meanwhile, earnings before tax (EBT) climbed to ₹196.23 crore, reflecting NBCC’s efficiency in cost management and profitability.

Although total expenses increased to ₹2,680.66 crore due to higher work and consultancy costs, the company maintained strong margins through strategic cost control.
