Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd has announced the signing of a joint development project covering ~22 acres in Wadgaon Khurd, Pune, with an expected Gross Developable Value (GDV) of ~Rs. 4,000 crore. The project, strategically located within the Pune Municipal Corporation limit, will offer ~5 million square feet of saleable residential and mixed-use space.
This development, situated in South-West Pune, benefits from scenic surroundings, including views of the Mutha River and seamless connectivity to key zones like CBD Pune. The location is well-integrated with social infrastructure, including schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and entertainment hubs within a 2-km radius.
Kolte-Patil’s Joint Managing Director, Yash Patil, highlighted that the project aligns with the company’s growth strategy, emphasizing the creation of community-centric developments that cater to evolving urban aspirations. Group CEO Atul Bohra remarked on the significance of this milestone, reinforcing the company’s leadership in Pune’s dynamic real estate sector.
