Shree Ganesh Remedies Limited (SGRL) has accouned the execution of a Long-Term Strategic Supply Agreement (SSA) with a prominent player in the Japanese specialty chemicals market. This agreement, signed on January 30, 2025, marks a significant milestone in SGRL’s global expansion strategy.
Under this three-year agreement, with an option for a two-year extension, SGRL will engage in contract manufacturing for three innovative products—each set to debut as the first of their kind in India. These products will be developed using advanced Chlorination and Reduction chemistry methodologies, further solidifying SGRL’s expertise in the specialty chemicals sector.
This partnership stems from a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that aligns with SGRL’s commitment to innovation and global collaboration. By catering to the rising demand in the specialty chemicals market, SGRL is strategically positioning itself as a key player in international supply chains.
