- Revenue from Operations: ₹3,457.29 crore in Q3 FY2024-25, up from ₹1,596.18 crore in Q3 FY2023-24.
- Total Income: ₹3,545.26 crore for the quarter, compared to ₹1,651.77 crore in the previous year.
- Net Profit: ₹506.38 crore for Q3 FY2024-25, a significant rise from ₹140.81 crore in Q3 FY2023-24.

Waaree Energies successfully completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Q3 FY2024-25, raising ₹3,600.00 crore through the fresh issuance of 2,39,52,095 equity shares. The company’s shares were listed on the NSE and BSE on October 28, 2024.
The company also announced the acquisition of 100% equity in Enel Green Power India Private Limited (EGPIPL) for a total consideration of ₹792.00 crore. This acquisition expands Waaree’s renewable energy portfolio, strengthening its presence in the solar and wind power sectors.
