Sealmatic India Limited has announced a significant milestone, securing a prestigious order to supply supercritical mechanical seals for various high-capacity power projects. The order, placed by Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), covers multiple supercritical and critical power plants, including Adani’s 800 MW Supercritical Power Plant, Damodar Valley Corporation’s (DVC) 660 MW Supercritical Power Plant at Raghunathpur, and 500 MW Critical Power Plants at NTPC Vindhyanchal, DVC Bokaro, and NTPL.
The supercritical mechanical seals, essential for high-pressure and high-temperature environments, will support the efficiency and reliability of mission-critical systems such as Boiler Feed Pumps, Booster Pumps, and Condensate Extraction Pumps.
- 800 MW Supercritical Power Plant (Adani): Sealmatic has bagged an order for 41 supercritical mechanical seals and eight auxiliary skids.
- 660 MW Supercritical Power Plant (DVC Raghunathpur): Sealmatic will supply 38 supercritical mechanical seals in collaboration with BHEL.
- 500 MW Critical Power Plants (NTPC Vindhyanchal, DVC Bokaro, NTPL): The company has received an order for 17 supercritical mechanical seals.
