After a two-day losing streak, Indian equity indices saw a strong recovery on January 28, with both the Sensex and Nifty ending the day in green. The Sensex surged by 535.23 points, or 0.71%, to close at 75,901.41, while the Nifty 50 climbed 146.90 points, or 0.64%, to settle at 22,976.05.
