ACC Limited, part of the Adani Group, reported robust financial performance for the quarter ending December 31, 2024 (Q3 FY25), showcasing significant improvements across key metrics. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹5,207.29 crore, registering an 8.8% year-on-year (YoY) growth from ₹4,855.22 crore in Q3 FY24 and a 15.2% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) increase from ₹4,521.29 crore in Q2 FY25.

Key Financial Highlights:

The company’s total income increased to ₹6,575.62 crore, reflecting a 31.5% YoY growth compared to ₹5,000.51 crore in Q3 FY24 and a 37.8% QoQ surge from ₹4,772.11 crore in Q2 FY25. Total expenses grew to ₹5,099.44 crore, up by 19.2% YoY from ₹4,278.78 crore and 14.5% QoQ from ₹4,452.73 crore, largely driven by higher material and freight costs.

Profit before tax (PBT) witnessed an impressive growth of 102.4% YoY, increasing to ₹1,476.50 crore in Q3 FY25 from ₹729.31 crore in Q3 FY24. QoQ, PBT saw a remarkable rise of 362.5% from ₹319.04 crore. Profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹1,091.79 crore, showing a substantial 103% YoY jump from ₹537.67 crore and a 446.7% QoQ increase from ₹199.70 crore.

Operational Efficiency:

The company demonstrated strong operational efficiency during the quarter. Freight and forwarding expenses rose by 7.5% YoY to ₹1,027.48 crore, up from ₹955.66 crore in the same quarter last year, and grew 10.3% QoQ from ₹931.88 crore in Q2 FY25. Depreciation costs were ₹259.59 crore, increasing 10.5% YoY and 7.1% QoQ. Employee benefit expenses grew 10.2% YoY to ₹197.49 crore from ₹178.29 crore in Q3 FY24 and increased by 9.1% QoQ from ₹181.01 crore.

Year-to-Date Performance:

For the nine months ending December 31, 2024, total revenue from operations reached ₹14,797.43 crore, up 3% YoY from ₹14,364.26 crore in the same period last year. PAT for the nine months surged 18.6% YoY to ₹1,651.25 crore, compared to ₹1,391.69 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal year.
