  • Pre-Sales Value:
    • 9M FY25: ₹2,161 crore, a 4% YoY growth compared to ₹2,079 crore in 9M FY24.
    • Q3 FY25: ₹680 crore, reflecting a 12% decline QoQ from ₹770 crore and a 9% YoY decline from ₹746 crore in Q3 FY24.
  • Collections:
    • 9M FY25: ₹1,729 crore, up 17% YoY compared to ₹1,478 crore in 9M FY24.
    • Q3 FY25: ₹567 crore, a 3% QoQ increase from ₹550 crore and a 15% YoY increase from ₹493 crore in Q3 FY24.
  • Sales Volume:
    • 9M FY25: 2.80 million sq. ft., down 3% YoY from 2.89 million sq. ft. in 9M FY24.
    • Q3 FY25: 0.81 million sq. ft., marking a 21% decline QoQ and an 18% YoY decrease.
  • Average Realization:
    • Q3 FY25: ₹8,394 per sq. ft., representing an 11% YoY and 12% QoQ increase, driven by premium projects such as ‘Canvas’ at Life Republic and 24K projects in Baner and Pimple Nilakh.

Strategic Focus:

  • Continued strong performance at Life Republic Township, which contributed 0.43 million sq. ft. in Q3 FY25 and 1.5 million sq. ft. in 9M FY25.
  • Premium and 24K luxury projects maintained robust traction, driving higher realizations.
