Delta Corp shares fell over 4% after the company reported its Q3 FY25 results. The shares opened at ₹109.00 today, reaching a high of ₹109.43 and dipping to a low of ₹104.72. The stock is trading close to its 52-week low of ₹104.45, well below its 52-week high of ₹154.90.

The company reported a modest 3.5% YoY increase in net profit for Q3 FY25, climbing to ₹35.7 crore from ₹34.5 crore in the same period last year. However, revenue from operations declined 7.5% to ₹194.3 crore compared to ₹210.1 crore in Q3 FY24.

The sharp drop in EBITDA, which fell 42.4% YoY to ₹32.2 crore from ₹55.8 crore, contributed to the market’s reaction. EBITDA margin also dipped significantly to 16.6%, down from 26.6% in the year-ago period.
