Brigade Enterprises Limited, a leading name in real estate development, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Technopark to develop a World Trade Center (WTC) and supporting infrastructure in Thiruvananthapuram.
The project aims to create approximately 1.5 million sq. ft. of commercial space across a cluster of towers. This development will attract IT MNCs, offering ‘Grade A’ office space to the workforce at the park. Additionally, it will include a business hotel, contributing significantly to Kerala’s growing business ecosystem.
This ambitious venture is expected to generate over 10,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities, further boosting the region’s economy. Brigade Enterprises Ltd. is already expanding the WTC in Kochi Infopark with the addition of its third tower, which will bring the total IT infrastructure to over 1 million sq. ft. With plans to invest approximately Rs. 1,500 crores in the state, Brigade is set to play a key role in shaping Kerala’s real estate and IT infrastructure.
The MoU was signed by Hrishikesh Nair, COO of Brigade Enterprises Ltd., and Col. Sanjeev Nair, CEO of Technopark, in the presence of key government officials, including the Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan and Sarada Muraleedharan, IAS, Chief Secretary of Kerala.
Brigade’s extensive experience, with over 34 years in the real estate sector, underscores its commitment to developing premium projects like WTC Kochi and Four Points Sheraton.
