V-Mart Retail Limited has reported a 16% year-on-year (YoY) growth in revenue from operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The company achieved a consolidated revenue of ₹1,027 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to ₹889 crore during the same period last year. Year-to-date (YTD) revenues for the nine months ended December 31, 2024, rose 17% to ₹2,473 crore from ₹2,117 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
Key Financial Highlights:
- V-Mart Retail: Registered a 17% YoY growth in standalone revenues for Q3 FY25, reaching ₹1,016 crore compared to ₹872 crore in Q3 FY24.
- LimeRoad Digital Marketplace: Recorded ₹11 crore in income, reflecting a 35% YoY decline. YTD revenues from LimeRoad fell 40% to ₹33 crore.
- Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG): Stood at 10% for Q3 FY25, with a YTD SSSG of 12%.
- Quarterly Revenue Growth: Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) revenues surged by 55%.
The company highlighted that the shift in the Hindu calendar caused the Durga Pujo sales period to move from Q3 to Q2 this year, slightly impacting Q3 sales figures.
Store Network Expansion:
- V-Mart opened 21 new stores during the quarter, bringing the total store count to 488 as of December 31, 2024.

- Uttar Pradesh: 8 stores
- Bihar: 6 stores
- Manipur: 2 stores
- Odisha, Assam, Tripura, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu: 1 store each
- Year-to-date, V-Mart has opened 49 stores while closing 5.
