Bookings for the much-anticipated Kia Syros are set to begin at 12 AM tonight with an initial booking amount of ₹25,000. The pricing details will be revealed on February 1st, with deliveries expected to commence in mid-February. The Syros will slot between the Sonet and Seltos in Kia’s lineup, offering a fresh blend of design and technology.

The Kia Syros comes with the brand’s latest ‘Opposites United’ design philosophy, showcasing a tall-boy stance, a closed-off grille, low-set vertically oriented headlamps with LED DRLs, and an air vent to channel air into the engine bay. The rear design features distinctive L-shaped tail lamps, providing a unique look to the compact SUV.

Inside, the Syros offers a tech-rich experience, elevating features seen in the Sonet. Higher trims come with dual 12.3-inch displays for infotainment and the instrument cluster, along with a 5.0-inch touchscreen for climate controls. The cabin also boasts connected car tech, wireless smartphone integration, ventilated seats (front and rear), a powered driver seat, a panoramic sunroof, and Level 2 advanced driver assistance systems with features like front and rear collision avoidance, and adaptive cruise control.

The Syros comes with a choice of two engine options: a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel, both offering a 6-speed manual as standard. The turbo-petrol engine also has the option of a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, while the diesel variant gets a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.
