- PM Modi will inaugurate 1,675 newly constructed flats at Swabhiman Apartments, Ashok Vihar, under the In-Situ Slum Rehabilitation Project by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
- These flats aim to provide a healthier living environment equipped with modern amenities for residents of Jhuggi Jhopri clusters.
- Beneficiaries will contribute a nominal amount—less than 7% of the total construction cost—making housing affordable for economically weaker families.
 
- Urban Redevelopment Projects:
- World Trade Centre at Nauroji Nagar:
- Replaces over 600 old quarters with advanced commercial towers.
- Offers 34 lakh sq. ft. of premium commercial space with green building practices like rainwater harvesting and solar energy.
 
- GPRA Type-II Quarters at Sarojini Nagar:
- Comprises 28 towers with 2,500 residential units.
- Features eco-friendly systems like solar-powered waste compactors and sewage treatment plants.
 
 
- World Trade Centre at Nauroji Nagar:
- CBSE Integrated Office Complex in Dwarka:
- Built at a cost of ₹300 crore, the eco-friendly building includes modern offices, an auditorium, and a state-of-the-art data center.
- Designed to meet Platinum Rating standards of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).
 
- Foundation Stone for Delhi University Projects:
- Includes academic blocks in East and West campuses, and Veer Savarkar College in Najafgarh, with a combined budget of ₹600 crore.
- Projects aim to enhance educational infrastructure with cutting-edge facilities.
