Yash HighVoltage Limited has announced a strategic agency agreement with Switzerland-based Weidmann Electrical Technology AG, effective January 1, 2025. The four-year agreement aims to strengthen the company’s presence in power generation, transmission, and distribution sectors across key European and North African markets, including Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, and Morocco.
Agreement Details
- Product Scope:
- LV High Current Bushings (up to 25,000 amps)
- OIP Condenser Bushings (up to 245 kV)
- Commission Terms:
- 8% commission on total contract value
- Additional 3% commission for sales facilitated indirectly within the agent’s jurisdiction
- Legal Framework:
- Subject to Austrian law, with arbitration in Vienna, Austria
