Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) achieved a remarkable milestone in 2024, recording its highest-ever domestic sales of 6,05,433 units. The company’s total sales, including both domestic and export units, reached 7,64,119 units for the year.
December 2024 Sales Performance
In December 2024, HMIL sold a total of 55,078 units, which was a slight dip compared to the previous year’s sales of 56,450 units. Domestic sales for December 2024 stood at 42,208 units, showing a marginal decline of 1.3% compared to December 2023. Export sales were 12,870 units, a decrease of 6.1% from the same period last year.
Annual Sales Growth
Despite the slight dip in December, HMIL experienced positive growth in its domestic sales, which increased by 0.6% year-on-year. Exports saw a minor decline of 3% for the year, with 1,58,686 units sold in 2024 compared to 1,63,675 units in 2023.
With total sales of 7,64,119 units in CY 2024, HMIL demonstrated a solid performance in a challenging year, maintaining resilience in both domestic and international markets.
