The company disclosed that Amit Singh, its current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a Key Managerial Personnel, will step down from his position on March 31, 2025. Singh will transition to a new leadership role within the Adani Group.

In a statement to stock exchanges, the company confirmed that Ashish Khanna, the CEO of the International Energy Business of the Adani Group, will take over as the new CEO. This decision was approved during the board meeting held on December 30, 2024.
