Sumit Woods Limited has been selected as the developer for a new luxurious residential project in Prabhadevi, Dadar West, Mumbai.
The development will offer premium 3 and 4 BHK apartments, with an approximate saleable area of 1,00,000 square feet of RERA carpet space. The project is expected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs. 500 Crores.
On December 14, 2024, Sumit Woods Limited signed a “Development Agreement” for the land, marking another milestone in the company’s ongoing expansion in Mumbai.
