Actress Deepika Padukone has been summoned by NCB on 25th September for her connection in the Bollywood Drug Cartel. Earlier, it was reported that the actress is in Goa and will leave for Mumbai in charter plane at 1:30 pm.
Now, according to Times Now, Deepika will travel to Mumbai with her husband Ranveer Singh at 8 pm. The actress was in Goa to shoot for her upcoming film with Siddhant Chaturvedi. On the other hand, Sara Ali Khan has reached Mumbai with her mother Amrita Singh and brother Ibrahim Khan.
It all started after Rhea Chakraborty revealed the names of Bollywood celebrities involved in the drug case. She took the names of Rakul Preet Singh as well as Simone Singh. Later on, Sushant Singh Rajput’s talent manager Jaya Saha was called in for interrogation. Her WhatsApp chats revealed the initials ‘D’ and ‘K’, who were talking about the availability of drugs. Later on, the initials turned out to be Deepika and her manager Karishma Prakash.
NCB has sent out summoning to all the celebrities who are involved in the drug case. Deepika will appear in front of NCB officials on 25th September at 11am whereas Sara Ali Khan will appear on 26th September with Rakul Preet Singh.
