Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has recently informed exchanges tahth et company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in New Delhi. This collaboration aims to enhance the capacity of DDA officials and provide consultancy services for various projects undertaken by DDA.
Under the MoU, HUDCO will offer capacity-building programs for DDA staff and extend its expertise in managing key projects, including residential, affordable housing, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments. The partnership will focus on strengthening the housing, urban development, and infrastructure sectors in Delhi.
The MoU was signed by Shri M. Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning) of HUDCO, and Shri Vineet Jain, Commissioner (Personnel & Training) of DDA, with senior officials from both organizations in attendance.
