Actor Vikas Gupta, who is also a former Bigg Boss participant, was to be a part of the upcoming season of Bigg Boss which will be broadcasted on air from 3rd of October. However, the reports suggests that his name has been cut off from the list at the last moment with the reason being under the shadows.
ETimes TV earlier shared the information that Sidharth Shukla, Hina Khan and Gauahar Khan will make an entry along with Vikas Gupta, into the reality show. The team of BB14 had communicated with Vikas Gupta and he was totally up for it. But now it seems that he would no longer be a part of it.
One of the sources of ETimes said, “It is a mystery why Vikas’ name was struck off, more or less at the last minute. One wonders who did this to him and the reason behind it. It was not a good move, especially if you consider that his presence in the last 3 seasons- Season 11, 12 and 13- gathered good TRP.”
On asking Vikas Gupta regarding this sudden decision by the Bigg Boss team, he said, “Yes, I was approached for Bigg Boss 14 and I was game for it. Seems, they changed their mind. I am not going now. But it’s okay.”
