DLF Ltd has announced that its subsidiary, DLF Info City Developers (Kolkata) Ltd., a wholly-owned entity of DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd, has finalized an agreement to sell its Kolkata Tech Park 1 to RDB Primarc Techno Park LLP. The transaction, structured as a slump sale, is valued at approximately ₹637 crores.
Kolkata Tech Park 1, a LEED Platinum-certified IT hub, is among the largest tech parks in Eastern India, boasting a gross leasable area of approximately 1.49 million sq. ft. It serves as a base for global technology leaders, reinforcing its significance in the region’s commercial real estate landscape.
This strategic move aligns with DLF’s vision to optimize its portfolio and focus on core growth areas.
