Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) is gearing up to revolutionize the Indian electric two-wheeler market with its highly anticipated Honda Activa E. Scheduled for launch on November 27, the Activa E marks Honda’s debut in the electric vehicle segment in India.
The latest teaser reveals exciting details about this electric scooter, which will come in two trim levels. The base variant will feature a TFT digital display, while the premium model will boast a colorful, larger screen equipped with advanced functionalities like turn-by-turn navigation and music controls. Both versions promise to deliver critical riding data, including battery percentage, remaining range, speed, and riding mode.

The Honda Activa E is set to impress with a claimed range of 104 kilometers on a full charge in standard mode. A sport mode option will enhance throttle response, although it may slightly reduce the overall range. The scooter will be powered by a swingarm-mounted motor, similar to competitors like Bajaj Chetak and Vida V1, ensuring a balance between performance and practicality.
Designed with family-oriented buyers in mind, the Honda Activa E is expected to feature a mid-performance setup, catering to urban commuting needs.
