Toyota India is all set to introduce the ninth-generation Camry sedan on December 11, marking the first major update in over five years. Built on the same platform as its predecessor, the 2025 Camry boasts significant design upgrades and new features.

Key design updates include striking C-shaped DRLs integrated into the new headlamps, a sleek black trim extending across the front, and a body-colored honeycomb-patterned grille. The sedan’s silhouette remains similar, though a sloping roofline and larger rear quarter glass add a modern touch. The rear boasts redesigned tail lamps and a new bumper for a more refined look.

Dimensionally, the 2025 Camry mirrors the outgoing model at 4885 mm in length and 1840 mm in width, but it features subtle refinements to enhance its stance. Inside, the cabin receives a significant overhaul with a 12.3-inch infotainment screen positioned above the AC vents, a fully digital instrument cluster in higher trims, and premium features like a nine-speaker JBL audio system, ventilated seats, a 360-degree camera and Toyota Sense 3.0.

Under the hood, the hybrid powertrain combines a 2.5-litre petrol engine with an electric motor to deliver 222 bhp, an 8 bhp improvement over the outgoing model. While a dual-motor variant is available internationally, it is unlikely to launch in India.
