The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited (G E Shipping) recently informed exchanges that the company has successfully delivered its 2005-built Suezmax crude tanker, “Jag Lalit,” to its buyers. This sale was contracted in September 2024.

Excluding “Jag Lalit,” the company’s current fleet comprises 40 vessels, including 27 tankers and 13 dry bulk carriers. The tanker fleet consists of five crude carriers, 18 product carriers, and four LPG carriers, while the dry bulk fleet includes two Capesize, eight Kamsarmax, and three Supramax vessels, totaling 3.15 million DWT.

Additionally, G E Shipping has contracted to sell an MR product tanker, with delivery scheduled for the second half of FY25.
