SAMHI Hotels Limited has announced that through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Duet India Hotels (Hyderabad) Private Limited and Innmar Tourism and Hotels Private Limited, SAMHI has signed management agreements with Marriott Hotels India Private Limited.
These new agreements cover three prominent hotel properties located in Hitec City, Hyderabad, and Whitefield, Bangalore.
The new properties include a 170-175 room upper-upscale hotel under the W Hotels brand in Hitec City, Hyderabad. In Whitefield, Bangalore, two new hotels are in the pipeline: a 142-room upscale hotel under Tribute Portfolio and a 200-220 room upper-upscale hotel under the Westin Hotels & Resorts brand. These additions aim to enhance SAMHI’s luxury offerings and cater to the rising demand in both cities, strengthening the company’s foothold in the hospitality sector.
