GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited (GSK Pharma) has announced the record date for its special interim dividend, set for November 7, 2024. This follows the company’s earlier declaration on October 29, 2024, where the Board of Directors approved a special interim dividend of ₹12 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 for the financial year 2024-25.
The dividend will be paid after tax deduction at source (TDS) in compliance with the Income Tax Act, 1961. Shareholders eligible as of the record date will receive the dividend, which is expected to be credited within 30 days of its declaration, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.
