Ajanta Pharma Ltd. has announced its first interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25. Each share with a face value of ₹2 will receive a dividend of ₹28, totaling an outlay of ₹350 crore.
The company has set 6th November 2024 as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for this dividend. The payment of the dividend is scheduled to be made on or after 15th November 2024.
This interim dividend reflects Ajanta Pharma’s commitment to rewarding its shareholders and highlights the company’s strong financial performance and cash flow position for the first half of FY25.
