Infosys has announced the expansion of its strategic collaboration with Meta, aimed at advancing enterprise AI innovation through open-source technologies. Leveraging Meta’s Llama stack, Infosys has launched a dedicated center of excellence (COE) to accelerate the adoption of generative AI across industries.
The partnership with Meta will focus on integrating the Llama family of large language models with Infosys Topaz, an AI-first suite of services and solutions. Infosys aims to foster innovation by democratizing access to AI technologies, enabling businesses to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
As an early adopter of Meta’s Llama 3.1 and 3.2 models, Infosys is developing AI solutions that are tailored to industry-specific use cases, including a Llama-powered document assistant designed to accelerate contract reviews. The new COE will also feature an AI Experience Zone at Infosys’ Bengaluru campus, offering customers an immersive look at cutting-edge AI advancements.
Balakrishna D. R., EVP at Infosys, highlighted the importance of open-source collaboration, stating, “Our partnership with Meta reaffirms our commitment to pushing the boundaries of enterprise AI technology. By integrating Meta’s Llama models with Infosys Topaz, we aim to make AI accessible and impactful for all businesses.”
