BYD India officially launched the eMax 7 electric MPV earlier this month, priced between ₹26.90 lakh and ₹29.90 lakh (ex-showroom). This new model is a facelifted version of the popular e6 MPV, marking a significant update for the brand in the Indian market. The BYD eMax 7 is now making its way to dealerships across the country, appealing to eco-conscious consumers seeking a modern and feature-rich electric vehicle.

In terms of features, it has all-LED lighting, a panoramic sunroof, power-adjustable front seats with ventilation, an NFC key, a rotating 12.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a completely digital instrument cluster and a powered tailgate.
There are two different battery pack options for the new BYD eMax 7: a 55.4 kWh unit and a 71.8 kWh pack. One electric motor is connected to the battery pack. While the larger battery pack ensures 530 kilometres on a single charge, the smaller one only promises 420 kilometers. While the bigger battery pack produces 201 bhp peak power and 310 Nm torque, the 420 kWh battery pack only produces 160 bhp peak power and 310 Nm of maximum torque.
