These projects are in the healthcare sector and are part of the government’s ongoing infrastructure initiatives for Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) hospitals.

Key Projects:

  1. Expansion of ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Faridabad:
    • Project Value: ₹642.69 crore
    • Scope: Construction of an additional 500 beds, increasing the bed capacity from 650 to 1,150 beds on a deposit mode basis.
    • Client: Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Government of India.
  2. Construction of a 500-Bedded ESIC Hospital at Manesar, Haryana:
    • Project Value: ₹679.79 crore
    • Scope: New construction of a 500-bed hospital on a deposit mode basis.
    • Client: Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Government of India.

These projects are in line with NBCC’s ongoing efforts to contribute to the nation’s infrastructure development, particularly in the healthcare sector.
