Coal India Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, October 25, 2024, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the second quarter ended September 30, 2024. Along with the financial results, the board may also declare the 1st Interim Dividend for the financial year 2024-25.
Additionally, the company has set November 5, 2024, as the “Record Date” for determining eligible shareholders for the interim dividend, if declared. The trading window, currently closed for insiders since October 1, 2024, will reopen on October 28, 2024.
