Ceinsys Tech Ltd has announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) for a contract worth Rs 27.77 crore. The project involves the selection of Ceinsys as the system integrator for the digital transformation of MHADA’s operations.
The scope of the project includes the design, development, and maintenance of multiple applications, such as a land management system, a digital project system with vendor management capabilities, and a GIS-based mobile application. The project will also include the development of a single sign-on (SSO) web portal, a public website with content management, training, and capacity-building initiatives, as well as change management operations. Ceinsys Tech will provide operation and maintenance services for a period of 3 years.
The total duration of the project is expected to be 48 months, and it is considered a major domestic contract for the company, reflecting its growing footprint in the government and infrastructure sectors.
This order strengthens Ceinsys Tech’s portfolio in delivering integrated digital solutions, enhancing its reputation as a leading system integrator in India.
