Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a contract worth approximately ₹283.69 crore from the East Coast Railway. The project involves developing the third and fourth railway lines between Jarapada and Talcher Road, as well as constructing a new line between Angul and Balram (MCRL Inner Corridor Phase-I, Doubling 14 km).
