Alphageo (India) Limited has been awarded a ₹131.63 crore contract by Oil India Limited for seismic data acquisition in the Ganga-Punjab Basin. The project is scheduled to be completed by June 2026.
The contract, valued at ₹131.63 crore (inclusive of taxes), involves conducting seismic data acquisition operations to aid in the exploration of hydrocarbons in the Ganga-Punjab Basin. This project will significantly contribute to India’s domestic oil and gas exploration efforts.
Alphageo, a leader in seismic data acquisition and oil exploration services, is set to execute the project in collaboration with Oil India, one of the country’s largest oil and gas companies. The company confirmed that there is no promoter or related-party involvement in this contract.
