ITCONS has secured a contract worth ₹33.55 lakh from the Indian Navy to provide eight skilled Data Entry Operators on a contractual basis for one year. This domestic contract was awarded by the Department of Military Affairs, Ministry of Defence, and does not involve any related party transactions.
The scope includes the provision of skilled personnel for data entry needs, with the contract valued at ₹33,55,012.05. The award is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI’s listing regulations, marking a significant achievement for ITCONS in supporting India’s defense sector.
ITCONS has also secured a new contract worth INR 7,77,824.31 from Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Limited, a domestic entity, to provide two skilled employees for a year. The contract is not related to any promoter or group company.
