Mumbai, September 22, 2024: KEC International Ltd., a leading global infrastructure EPC company and part of the RPG Group, has announced new orders worth ₹1,003 crore across multiple business sectors.
- Railways: The company secured an order for a Tunnel Ventilation system and associated works in India, further strengthening its presence in this emerging segment.
- Civil: KEC International won a significant order in the industrial segment for civil and mechanical works at a steel plant in India.
- Cables: The company received orders for the supply of various cables both in India and internationally.
Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International Ltd., expressed satisfaction with the order wins, noting that the Railway and Civil businesses have expanded into new areas, while the overall order intake for the year has grown by over 60%. The company’s year-to-date (YTD) order intake now stands at over ₹12,300 crore, with nearly 70% of the intake coming from the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) business.
KEC International operates in various sectors, including Power Transmission and Distribution, Railways, Civil Infrastructure, and Cables, with projects in over 30 countries.
