Revolt Motors, which recently launched the RV1, its most affordable electric motorcycle, has also updated the RV400 electric bike, adding more features. The new Revolt RV400 has the same design language, but there are more features available and the battery pack has a longer range than before. The RV400 is presently priced at ₹1.50 lakh (ex-showroom), however with several discounts, it becomes more affordable.
2024 Revolt RV400 features
The updated Revolt RV400 features a new Lunar Green paint scheme, but it maintains the same design language. The electric motorbike also has an updated leg guard and a centre stand. The bike also features a new Reverse Mode, similar to the newly announced RV1 e-bike, and a modified digital instrument dashboard with Bluetooth connectivity.
Additionally, the stated range of the new Revolt RV400 on a single charge has increased to 160 kilometres from 150 km. The highest speed stays at 85 kilometres per hour. The electric motorbike also comes with a fast charger that will fully charge the 3.24 kWh battery in under 90 minutes, whereas a standard AC charger would take roughly 3 hours and 30 minutes to charge from 0-80%.
The Revolt RV400 has a 4.1 kW (5.4 bhp) mid-drive engine. The suspension setup includes USD forks at the front and a monoshock at the back. With 17-inch alloy wheels, the 240 mm disc brakes on both ends provide braking power.
