Hyundai Motor India recently unveiled the new Venue E+ model, which adds an electric sunroof to the base subcompact SUV. The Hyundai Venue E+ costs ₹8.23 lakh (ex-showroom), around ₹29,000 more than the entry-level Venue E trim with the added feature.
The Hyundai Venue E+, equipped with an electric sunroof, is cheaper than the Kia Sonet HTE (O) variant, which costs ₹8.29 lakh (ex-showroom). With the latest update, the Venue is now available in ten different models: E, E+, S, S+, S (O), Executive, S (O) Plus, SX, Knight Edition and SX.
Particularly, the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and 5-speed manual transmission are the only available options for the new Venue E+ variant. The newest model intends to add value to the Hyundai Venue during the festive season and staggering demand. The increased value addition should help boost sales, particularly in the mass-market sector.
A TFT digital instrument cluster, adjustable front and rear headrests, split rear seats with a two-step reclining function and other features are also available on the Venue E+. Six airbags, Day & Night IRVM, three-point seatbelts for each seat, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill-Start Assist Control (HAC), and other features are also included in this model.
