Shares of NBCC will be in focus in trade on September, 2, Monday after the company announced bonus issue of shares. NBCC shares have surged over 4% in the last one week in anticipation to the bonus issue ever since the company announced plans to consider a bonus issue of shares. On Friday, August 30, shares of NBCC ended at Rs 186.35 on NSE.
The Board of Directors of NBCC has recommended the issuance of Bonus Shares to the Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. 1 (One) new fully paid-up Equity Share of ₹ 1/- (Rupee One Only) each for every 2 (Two) existing fully paid- up Equity Share of ₹ 1/- (Rupee One Only) each to the eligible members of the Company as on Record Date.
