Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of its newest property, Lemon Tree Hotel in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. The property is scheduled to open in FY 2027 and will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
In the filing, the company shared, “Lemon Tree Hotel, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh will feature 72 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool and other public areas. The Devi Ahilyabai Holkar International Airport, Indore is approximately 50 kms away while the Ujjain Railway Station is 4 kms away. The hotel is well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.”
Recently, on August 26, the company announced the signing of a new property in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, which will open in FY2028. Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, will operate the Lemon Tree Hotel at Civil Lines in Ayodhya.
