Disney Plus, one of the biggest streaming services in the world, has not yet received word from Marvel on the return date of the X-Men’s latest animated series. However, the studio’s Head of TV and Streaming, Brad Winderbaum, stated that every animated series in production will debut within the next 12 to 18 months when addressing during the Marvel Animation panel at D23 Expo 2024 (per The Direct). X-Men 97 season 2 might premiere anywhere between August 2025 and February 2026, assuming no production delays.
