The dividend amounts to Re 0.63 per equity share with a face value of Rs 1 each. The company’s shares are currently trading at Rs 178.35 on the BSE, reflecting a decline of 1.90% as of August 23, 2024. Despite a recent drop of over 3% in the past two weeks, NBCC (India) shares have surged by 118% year-to-date and have seen a remarkable rise of 252% over the past year.
NBCC (India) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 25, 2024, where the dividend will be subject to shareholder approval. The company’s market capitalization stands at Rs 32,103 crore.
