TVS Motor Company has officially launched the updated 2024 TVS Jupiter 110, a major update for one of the highest-selling scooters in India. The new model brings a refreshed design and some additional features, marking its first significant update since the introduction of the 125cc variant a few years ago.
The 2024 Jupiter 110 will compete with popular 110cc scooters like the Honda Activa and Hero Pleasure. While the new model is expected to have a slight price increase over the current version, which is priced between Rs 77,000 and Rs 92,000 (ex-showroom), specific pricing details for the facelifted model have not yet been announced.
Under the hood, the Jupiter 110 will continue to use the 110cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with Ecothrust Fuel Injection (ET-Fi) technology. This engine produces 7.4 bhp and 8.4 Nm of torque and is paired with a CVT gearbox.
The scooter will retain its current hardware setup, including a 220 mm front disc brake and a 130 mm drum brake at the rear. It will also feature front telescopic forks, a 3-step adjustable mono-shock, and a ground clearance of 163 mm.
The updated Jupiter 110 aims to offer a blend of style and practicality, maintaining its reputation as a reliable choice for commuters.
