Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC shares will be in focus in trade tomorrow as the company’s Chief Financial Officer has resigned from the company. According to an exchange filing made by the company, the CFO, Parag Joglekar has tendered his resignation to pursue opportunities outside the company. Post serving his notice period, Joglekar’s last day at the firm will be September 12,2024, according to Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC.
“We hereby inform that Mr. Parag Joglekar, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation in order to pursue career opportunities outside the Company. His resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company and his last working day with the Company will be September 13, 2024 (close of business hours),” the company said in an exchange filing.
