Hero MotoCorp recently unveiled the Xtreme 160R 4V, a premium 160cc commuter motorbike. Hero has upgraded the safety features, improved the bike’s ergonomics, and changed its looks without modifying anything mechanical.
2024 Hero MotoCorp Xtreme 160R 4V Features
Hero earlier offered three variants for the Xtreme 160R 4V, but it currently only sells the top-of-the-line model. The most noticeable change to the Xtreme 160R 4V is a new colour called Kevlar Brown, which is a mix of copper and black, as well as similar graphics as before.
This top edition maintains all of the characteristics of the previous Xtreme 160R 4V while adding dual-channel ABS and a drag race timer. It also receives a new LED taillight that looks like the one seen on Hero’s flagship Mavrick 440, as well as a panic brake alert function for more safety.
The Xtreme 160R 4V’s technical specification remains untouched and is powered by a 163cc single-cylinder engine that generates 16.9hp at 8,500rpm and 14.6Nm at 6,500rpm. It features a 37mm KYB USD fork up front and a preload-adjustable monoshock down back, all on the same hardware.
