Maruti Suzuki recently introduced a new accessory version of the Ignis called the Radiance Edition.  This new edition is offered in all Ignis hatchback versions, with the entry-level Sigma model starting at Rs. 5.49 lakh ex-showroom.

The Maruti Suzuki Ignis Radiance Edition upgrades the hatchback’s appearance. Wheel coverings, door visors, and numerous chrome garnish are among the modifications. Notably, the Radiance Edition’s price is its primary selling point. The Radiance Edition is priced at Rs. 35,000 less than the former Sigma model, which is Rs. 5.84 lakh and comes with extra accessories.

The 1.2-liter NA petrol engine under the hood of the Ignis is paired with an AMT gearbox and a five-speed manual transmission. This engine has been modified to produce a maximum torque of 113 Nm and 82 bhp.

More than 280,000 Ignis have been sold since its launch in 2017. The Ignis is exclusively available through the Nexa dealership network, which marked its ninth anniversary this year.

With 2.7 million passenger car sales, or 32% of the company’s total, Nexa has made a substantial contribution to Maruti Suzuki’s overall sales. With more than half of its sales, the Maruti Suzuki Baleno has been the best-selling model in the Nexa network.
