Nissan, the top automaker in India, is now preparing to become all electric in an effort to enhance its product lineup. According to reports, the company will introduce the Ariya, a high-end electric SUV, to the market. It is the same model that debuted in 2020 all over the world.
According to reports, the EV is anticipated to arrive in the nation as a completely built unit (CBU). The car will sit one level above the recently released X-Trail and be based on the CMF-EV platform. According to the report, the company may first provide a limited number of units, providing customers in the EV category with an option.

The vehicle is expected to have a large piano black dashboard up front with a sleek LED headlamp configuration and V-shaped LED DRLs. Additionally, the car will get a roofline similar to a coupe, which will improve its visual appeal.
The EV will also be equipped with an all-digital instrument panel and a solid touchscreen infotainment screen that can enable wireless Android, Apple, and Auto Car Play, among other vehicle connect technologies.
Other noteworthy features include wireless charging, a 360-degree camera with dynamic guidance for emergency braking, forward collision warning, autonomous driving technology, ProPILOT 2.0 driver assistance system, e-Pedal, built-in Alexa assistant and more.
There will be two battery options and three trims available for the Nissan Ariya. Customers who show interest will be able to select between 63 and 87 kWh. The former has a claimed range of 402 km on a single charge and can produce a maximum power of 214 bhp/300 Nm.
