Torino are closing in on signing Che Adams, with talks now in the final stages. The Scotland striker has approved the project presented by the Serie A club and is set to experience Italian football for the first time.

Adams, whose contract with Southampton expires next month, is also in advanced talks with Wolves. As he prepares to leave St Mary’s, the 27-year-old is keen to finalize his future before this summer’s Euros. Reports suggest he is close to agreeing terms with the Premier League side.

Having scored 17 goals this season, Adams remains highly-rated and could still help Southampton secure top-flight promotion. However, his departure on a free transfer is imminent after five years with the Saints, who paid £15 million for him in 2019.

Meanwhile, fellow Southampton and Scotland teammate Stuart Armstrong may also be on the move this summer. The 32-year-old, who is recovering from a season-ending injury, is considering a move abroad but remains focused on returning to fitness for the Euros.
